You'll enjoy the total privacy in this fully fenced property. The backyard is enclosed by a privacy fence and the front with the original wrought iron fence.
Other things to note
The pool is a 15 x 15 plunge pool which means its not deep enough for diving, flips, etc.Due to very high energy consumption and costs, the pool is heated upon request for a period of 12 hours for a $50 fee.
If you would like the pool heated for the duration of your stay, please reach out prior to booking and we can discuss a price that seems fair based on your length of stay.

The neighborhood is a transitional neighborhood located between Downtown Waco and Baylor University. Over the past decade, the neighborhood has seen a lot of redevelopment efforts and with new builds and home renovations. The neighborhood lies in the urban core of Waco and is within walking distance to local shops, entertainment venues, and a dozen dining options.
Getting around
We have complimentary private parking at the rear of the property off of the alley with security lighting and cameras. In addition, street parking is available in the front of the home.
Guests can enjoy the ease of walking to local attractions like Magnolia Market, The Backyard Grill, The Padgitt (coming to Waco 2024), and the convenience of a 3 minute drive to Baylor. The brand new Foster Pavilion is a 10 minute walk from the home. Sic'em Bears!
