The nearly 1800 sqft home was beautifully renovated in late 2023. The Manor is open, warm and inviting with a very comfortably designed living area that opens into the kitchen & dining areas. Beyond the eat-in kitchen you'll find a warm sun-filled reading / breakfast nook overlooking the backyard and outdoor dining areas.
The Manor boasts two bedrooms with King Beds & en-suite baths. The 3rd bedroom is filled with lots of natural light and two twin beds.
Outdoors you will find a beautifully landscaped yard surrounding the all-new plunge pool. Snuggle up on the outdoor loveseats, kickback and relax by the pool, warm up around the firepit, or gather around the dinner table under the pergola for a family meal.
Guest access
You'll enjoy total privacy in this fully fenced property. The backyard is enclosed by a privacy fence and the front with a wrought iron fence.
Other things to note
The pool is a 10 x 20 plunge pool which means its not deep enough for diving, flips, etc.Due to very high energy consumption and costs, the pool is heated upon request for a period of 12 hours for a $75 fee.If you would like the pool heated for the duration of your stay, please reach out prior to booking and we can discuss a price that seems fair based on your length of stay.
The Neighborhood
The property is located in a downtown/urban area just 2 blocks from Magnolia and a few mins from Baylor University. Thus, the home is located within 1-2 miles of Interstate 35.
The neighborhood is a transitioning area with many of the homes having been renovated and converted to short-term rentals while some other homes have remain occupied by long-term residents and largely unaffected by the recent economic growth in Waco. The immediate area round property includes more than 20 other short term rentals.
The property is fully fenced for your added comfort and security.
